Subject: NUTRITION B4 RACE????
How should one eat to prepare for a triathlon?  My first race is this weekend...should I do I carb load a few days before? 
What should I eat the night before?

Just eat what you normally have been eating, as long as it is fairly clean.
I eat a banana, oatmeal and egg whites, the morning of raceday, and then sip on some Gatorade.

Also, I eat what I normally eat for dinner ie:fish, chicken, brown rice, etc. before raceday.

First don't eat anything new or different then what you have done on your training. For me i like to carb up the night before, but some say it is better to do it as much as two to three days before. You will also want to stay very hydrated starting the day before the race.
