Subject: RE: NUTRITION B4 RACE???? Just eat what you normally have been eating, as long as it is fairly clean. I eat a banana, oatmeal and egg whites, the morning of raceday, and then sip on some Gatorade. Also, I eat what I normally eat for dinner ie:fish, chicken, brown rice, etc. before raceday.
