Extreme Veteran  451   Stoughton, WI |  Subject: Where's the publicity?Something I noticed today...where the IM publicity? I've seen nothing in the State Journal, and in years past, by this time, there is an electronic sign where hwy 14 overpasses McComb road telling people that McComb road will be closed sunday. Not this year, so far. |

Not this year, so far. I saw an article about a week and a half ago about a guy who just did Canada and is doing Moo this weekend. He is actually my old neighbor. That is the only thing I have seen...article gave info on this weekend. |

I have yet to see (or maybe notice?) a sign while northbound on 14. I'll have to pay closer attention. (southbound, its 2 or 3 in the morning, and I'm more interested in keeping awake than looking for signs). |

I didn't get a chance to verify before it switched. There was someone with a bib on and endurance on the sign before it switched that I saw. |

The cap. times supplement that goes in the State Journal on Wednesday's had an article focusing on the recent rash of tri-related deaths, with a emphasis on the lady who drowned while training for the IM. |
