Subject: How do toe caps work and what do you think?
I have been having this problem for years and my new shoes aggrivate my bad toe that I always lose my nail on. Its not the shoes or the socks, its the shape of my toe and how I seem to curl it just a bit when I push off. I just want to know people experience with toe caps and what brands you all suggest. Thanks alot!

www.feetrelief.com Love mine, haven't lost a toenail since I started wearing them. Do they take an extra few seconds to put on in transition, yes, but not losing my toenail is SO worth it.
