Replacing Echo F2 computer

When I bought my used bike a couple years ago, it came with an Echo (or Echowell) F2 computer. I've liked it quite a bit.

But... it popped off the other day, got run over and the screen cracked.

I don't see a quick source for a replacement online (still searching), but wonder about computers in general. Can I assume that other Echo models would work with my sensors? What about other brands?

Anyone know how this generally works?
