Value of Brand New 06 Orbea Ordu

Hey All,

I just had question about an unused/brand new 06 Orbea Ordu that I found at an LBS. I have looked at few newer TT bikes (Felt B12 and Cervelo P2 Ultegra) and they didn't even compare to the comfort level of this bike (priceless LOL)but the sticker on it (which I know is negoitable) is $5100.00 way too much for an 06. What is a fair price? It has Ultegra components with an FSA SLK Carbon crankset, Flash Point wheelset not sure what type but looked like 40mm deep carbon wheel. I rode it just a little bit but just loved the feel of the bike. I wanna be fair but overpay on my first TT. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks
