Here is a video of my triathlon over the weekend. The video is a little goofy, but it shows complete transitions for T1 and T2. Both of the transitions were at 1:00. This might be interesting for beginners, but experts may offer me a pointer or two.
I think the one thing that would cut the most time off your transition times would be to run from the water to your station. Other than that, just practicing putting your shoes/helmet/glasses on faster.
