Subject: ---Okay, I started P90X today, whoot! I forgot how freaking tough it is! I did about 60 of the 90 days last year, but then stopped to train for a 1/2 and just did the workouts a few days per week. I finally stopped altogether when I began tri training in February. Now that I am finished with tri training for the year and back to just running, I thought I would give the P90X another try. My main concern is still getting in good, quality runs, so I am thinking I will run on the Plyo, Kenpo, days. Not sure where I will fit in my long run though. |
