I have known this but have know idea how to get them up. I have so much drag it totally wears me out. I would ask the coach but she didn't say anything to me so i'm guessing she didn't even notice. Any help would be grrreat! I downloaded a program called Mr. Smooth and it has helped me see how I should be positioned ... I remember the moment of triumph when I found the little sweet spot in which to breathe! I can't breathe well on the other side though; my legs plummet down, who knows why???? :- ) |
