Update Race for the next year

I'm planning to do this race this December - http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/directory/link-detail.asp?linkid=23253

However, the race listing is 2008.  Maybe this is a dumb question, but how do I update it with the new date?  Do I have to create a new race with the new date?  The race link also changed for 2009, how would I update that?
