Comments: Felt pretty good for first half of race, then started to get tired. Left arm definitely felt weak towards end of swim. Felt pretty much like I did last week at Columbia. What would you do differently?: Not much, besides train more. ![]() Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: Need to work more on breathing every other stroke and smoothing out that technique. I can swim much more evenly when breathing bilaterally, but every other stroke screws me up. Also need to work on endurance. Last updated: 2005-05-29 12:00 AM

Brian PBN shake and english muffin for breakfast. Skipped the red bull based on last race, seemed to prevent pre-race problems. No warmup.
