Subject: Question about Michael Pate's Total Sprint plan
Week 5 seems to back off on distances ( i run/walk less than week 4 and cycle less).

Is week 5 supposed to be a rest week? Can i up my running and cycling distances to week four distances if im feeling no ill effect to the training.

your correct, its a rest week.  after that you go to 35minutes while increasing your %run each week.

not sure of your background but this part is very conservative so if your feeling fine i would say maintain week 4...
