Subject: Missed out on the coupon code

Is there a way to get a credit on the coupon code? I went in to take advantage of the 30% off offer(November2009) and when I put in the order it charged me the full $170/year. I didn't see a spot to put in the code, maybe I just missed it. If I could either get the difference refunded or the whole thing refunded w/ an explanation on the step I missed, I would appreciate it.

I will take care of this with a partial refund later tonight when the batch closes. Not sure what happened. Slip of the mouse? I've looked through some logs and the Golds + discount seem to be working.

Yea I'm sure it's working, I just never saw a spot to enter the coupon & thought it was going to be on the page after entering my credit card info. It's an ID10T error on my part, I'm just asking for mercy.
