First of all I would like to understand how many people here in this (mostly) american forum are taking part in IM Switzerland. My intention is to share training ideas and what I am doing/planning at the moment.

Hi

This is my first IronMan event so any help or tips will be appreciated. Do you know the cut off time for the race and the overall cut off time, not sure if is 16 or 17 hours.
