Subject: Banner Ads Not Linking?

Okay, this is a weird one.

Was in a friend's blog that's not a paid member, and saw the banner ad for the Cobb V-Flow.

Moused over it, and saw the link in the bottom window as pan.beginnertriathlete.com/blah/adclick.cgi/blah/.....


I click on the banner to go to Cobb's website.  The banner disappears, and nothing else happens.

Probably not the intended behavior. 

FWIW, I'm on XP and running Firefox 3.5.7.

No problem with the Cobb banner from a free members training log...Firefox on a Mac.  It should open in a new window or tab.

Tried it on a few, and it's not working on any of the banners.

The banner disappears ( replaced with a light blue background ), and no new window or tab is opened.  I do have a pop-up blocker, but that prompts if it blocks a pop-up, and there's no prompt.

Hmmm, if I 'control - click' it does work ( opens in new tab ).

Just tried it with IE7 on XP, works fine...anybody else not getting to a banners site when clicking on it?

*this isn't some weird work internet security thing?
