What would you do differently?: I would dirnk more water and eat more pasta the night before. Post race
Warm down: not really there....stretched.. What limited your ability to perform faster: I ran with a friend, and felt like she needed me to stay with her to keep the pace. This was her first 5k. Last updated: 2005-05-17 12:00 AM

Run for 10 minutes, stretch for 15 min. Do some leg kicks and sprints
