Adding equipment to tracker

I'm trying to update my equipment tracker. I got a new chain on my bike and I'm trying to retire the old chain and add a new chain into my equipment tracker. I keep getting prompted to write a review on the chain. I'm not real interested in writing a review on a chain (what can I say, it's a chain. I spin the pedals and the chain makes the wheels go around and around. ) Is there any way to bypass the review request, retire the old chain and add in my new one?

I have not added or retired any equipment since the site was update many months back.
