Subject: ---Well, my knee hurts. I started the HIM plan last week and I think I pushed it too hard. I ran just over 20 miles last week - the most I have ever done. My husband ran 20 on Sunday alone. He's a freak (and preparing for Boston). Anyway, I have a trip planned and won't get any training in at all next week, so I'm hoping my knee quiets down so I can finish the month strong. I did get a 4 mile run in and a 1500 yard swim in this morning, now I'm off to get the ice bag out of the freezer. Happy Monday! |
