The body needs solids at some point! At least mine does  God thats funny. Your lucky if you can get away with it! I totally agree about substituting solids. I just know there is no way in hell I could eat that stuff and not vomit. My limit is around 300-350 calories per hour, beyond that I bloat and food starts to sit in my stomach causing GI distress. If I'm supplementing my main fuel, I usually have to stick to lean protein, dried fruit, nuts, etc. |
