Subject: Changing planned workoutsHi, I am doing the BT 16 week 3x balanced sprint training. I know I can go into the planned workout calendar and move workouts around (love that drag and drop feature ), but is there a way to possibly modify the times it shows per workout. I like the training plan, but there are some workouts I would like to change up a little bit and would like to plan it out in advance and be able to see it on my calendar. That way when it emails me my daily workout, it already has this modified time. This would make it easier to see my weekly totals and try to stay in that +10% build plan. Thanks |
