Where to OWS near Ft Myers

In town from Vegas till next Friday staying near the Gulf Coast Mall complex.  I can swim at the LA Fitness gym, but long for open water, as I am supposed to do the Rage Tri on the 17th.

I have looked for an area to swim and run, but they must be hiding.

Any suggestions or any groups swimming Sat or Sun would be great.  If you come to Vegas I can tell you all you need as swimming is kind of limited, but biking and running is all over.
