FS: Pose Method of Running DVD/Book

I'm selling my copy of "The Pose Method of Running" DVD, along with the companion drill book. I would like to sell them as a unit, as the drill book is more or less useless without the DVD.

The DVD is copyright 2002, purchased in 2003, and viewed approximately five times. The companion drill book was purchased at the same time, but has seen quite a bit of use. There are no missing pages, but it is clearly a used book.
