Here's the new standard for entry level road shoes, light weight, comfortable and stylish. The soft neoprene tongue and two Velcro straps help to prevent hot spots and provide support. The synthetic leather and breathable mesh upper keeps feet cool. It has a ventilated, nylon reinforced sole. Adapter free compatibility with most main stream pedal systems

There is an adapter for SPD though and I think it is quite spendy. I was running Look cleats on it until I upgraded. I don't need 2 pair of shoes and these are a little big for me.

Not identical to these in color. Just silver and black. Everything else is pretty much the same.
