Subject: Best tube to use - puncture resistent but light

Does anyone have any good suggestions for a light but reliable tube?  What is everone using?  Latex or Butyl?

Latex is superior. Light, better CRR. Not anymore or less puncture resistant than butyl.

I use Michelin latex tubes.

You train on latex? That's just silly! Those suckers at $15 a pop!

Stick with butyl for training. Continential makes really good tubes, as do (gasp) REI.

I don't know if the site is still online, but I bought a pack of 24 tubes for like $96. After sharing for three years, I'm down to five left.

x2 butyl.  I don't think the xtra $ spent on latex is all thats left to wring out the last bit of speed at this point for me.
