Subject: Run Melbourne coming up I've been doing the Tuesday night training sessions at Fed Square and I know others from in here are also there. I have a workmate doing it as well and he's targeting just under 2:00:00 finish times. I'm hoping to target 2:15:00 but then again I'm older and only just starting out.... (that's my excuse, I'm sticking with it! ) Doing lots of core training as well which I've already been finding helps a lot in the 16km to 20km part of my longer runs. I don't start looking like a 90 yr old until about the 20km mark now! Anyone else entered? Doug |
