I'm looking to work on pacing for an upcoming HIM - looking to run well off the bike (and maybe PR at the Oly distance). Hope to see some of you there. Perhaps we should schedule a BT meetup? |

This will be my first "repeat" race from last season, so it will be a good measure of improvement I think. Although, I hope I'm fully recovered from the Muncie long course last week. X2 on smoother roads as well, last year they were rough particularly just past the turnaround. Regarding water temp, I think last year it was close to 80 and I would assume with the crazy heat this area has seen it will be at least that warm. |

We need somebody to go throw ice in the canal to get it down 1 Degree!! Maybe some rain and cooler nighttime temps will get us that 1 degree between now and race time. |

Haha If you do just make sure you move to the side while swimming or start on the side so you don't have someone run over or into you. I don't know what the visibility will be but its likely it won't be real good. |
