Subject: October Tri the tri is last weekend in oct. distance is 500m swim 20 k bike 10 k run. Fitness test was done with the ergo meters test ( astrand test ) Ltrs of oxygen per minute VO2 max 2.90 add body weight to it (60kg ) 48.33millltrs of oxygen per kilo of body weight per min, now i have know idea wht i have just told you but is wht my gym instructor gave me, for my age (41 yeah yeah im old ) is excellent.
