Comments: I never seemed to get my breathing down so I was taking a breath every right stroke. I thought the swim was going to be lame but I was pleased. I had myself finished in 11 minutes but then we had a long run out on an asphault sidewalk to T-1. Hard on a big guy with foot issues. What would you do differently?: I need to practice more. Transition 1
Comments: See comments above about the running on asphault Bike
Comments: This was a typical GA ride with rolling hills. What would you do differently?: More time on the bike Transition 2
Comments: Off the bike and ran across parking lot to Mandi. She grabbed the time chip and took off. Pretty fast Run
Comments: Mandi ran the 5K and did a good job. I think there was much confusion on the route with the two lap and turn around point. Some of these times are a little suspect Post race Warm down: Walked around. Ate some good food, picked up the race shirts and went home Event comments: Good race. Looking forward to coming back next year. Last updated: 2010-03-03 12:00 AM |
