I am trying to use both the Couch to 3K and a triathlon training program. Can I overlap the two, or should I just update my running days with what the couch to 3k plan does manually?
First import the couch to 3/5k plan. Then import the triathlon plan 'deselecting' the run portion. You must deselect the runs or it will overwrite the couch to 3/5k plan.
