Selling a Car for Dummies

I put up a "for sale" sign on the Suburban today.   We've never sold a vehicle privately before.  So, anyone have hints/suggestions/advice for me?  I am going to get a printout from nada and (damn, what's that other place??)  I need a bill of sale (can I get one off the 'net?) and we will have that lapse in time from getting the cash from the buyer to getting the title from the bank.   We are going to get a smaller nearly new vehicle. 

Requirements: high gas mileage, good condition, seats at least four (preferably five), and my bike must fit in it with aforementioned four people in it (I could get a one-bike rack for when we all go to one of my races).
