Subject: how do I import data from mapmyride or cyclometer (csv file)?
I use a few different iPhone apps that can export the data from my rides and runs but I can't find anywhere on BT to actually import the data.  does anybody know how to do this?

You will see an import template there.  Make sure to include 'empty days' when you make the CSV before you upload here.
