Update El Scorcho Race Entry

Can the race entries for 50k El Scorco be updated for the 2011 event?

New date is 7-16/17  (It starts at midnight, so maybe show it as just 7/17?). I think all the other info is current. There's also a 25k. Both of these races seem to have multiple entries in the database.

Also, when we're planning on doing a race that's in the database but not updated with the current year entry, what's the best way to get the update entered? Should we post it here or send an e-mail to someone, or is there a way for users to do this directly?
