Subject: two questions...alignment and next race

How do I get stuff I enter under swim, bike or run to line up. The box wraps the text so even if I think it is aligned correctly it looks bad and hard to read once submitted. I see others who have beautiful tables listed under their workouts...how do they get them to look like that? I need a simple way...to see my issue check my log and how I tried to input my run intervals today...a mess.

Second...where do you enter your next upcoming race...that shows up on the left column of your training log?

Thanks...I finally just figured out how to put in my planned workouts...small steps for me.

Another quick question:

So I entered in my planned workouts. Some friend's blog show their planned workouts under their name on the left column. Mine don't show up there, can I do something so they show up?

Thanks,

Kathy

you really wont be able to do what you want by entering those intervals in the 'run comments'.  ie, getting the columns to line-up.  you CAN do what you want if you use the rich-text editor in the 'overall comments' for tables like that.

regarding planned training...i see where you entered it...some yellow days...you need to put in actual workouts to get the pink/red squares - at the minimum a run, bike, swim times or distance...it doesnt show up in your actual blog for just comments...BUT maybe thats something it SHOULD do for yellow days.

regarding your upcoming race...just go to 'your races' (big button at the top), start a race report, save it but DONT MAKE IT PUBLIC.  instructions with pics here: http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/cms/article-detail.asp?articleid=471

if that race is in the future, it will show up in you blog.

let me know how all this works.
