Importing Training log data

Is there an API that can be used to process data imports? I use SportTracks on my PC for in depth analysis, but like the facility to use the BT Iphone App for viewing, and want to start the blog type recording also.  

There are other sites (RunSaturday/RunningFreeOnline) that allow this which means that the data can be pushed directly from SportTracks to the website.
