Subject: DNF already- race in Sept. I have been having some trouble with my right calf. 12-15 or less min into a run, PAIN. No problem during the swim or on the bike. I tried different approches before a run like warming up well and streching, ofter a 30km bike, and even after a swim. still no luck. Went to the physio last Tues, suggested to keep from running for 6 to 8 weeks. Currelty being treated and I still can ride and swim. I plan on going to the event, my first tri, a sprint and doing the swim and bike. If all feels well I might try to run a little and finsh up walking. Solo |
