Comments:

Went out too fast - hit the 1 mile mark at just under 7 Minutes. Second mile was just under 16 and I held on having to walk a couple of times to finis at 24:45.
What would you do differently?:

Better pacing early on.

Stretched and then ran the Women's race with Karyn at around a 10 Min pace.
