I keep trying to import a plan to BT but am unsuccessful. I have a plan in an excel format and saved it as a .csv format. All that shows up on a page after I "add" it is the title. What is going wrong? Do I need to manually get rid of all decimals, etc. or do anything else to make it acceptable?
