Correct Way to Request Race Info Update

I have read a number of other support threads where people were looking to update an existing race listing to the current year.  I read that it was not desirable to add a new race and link them together, but instead to "tag" the race to put it at the top of the queue for update.  What is the process for "tagging" a race to request an info update or suggest new information (other than typing these requests in the support forums, if there is one)?

The race I am looking to update, for example, is the Hershey Half Marathon in Hershey, PA, but the question is more general to understand the process.
