Subject: System error - Redirect when posting

After I click submit on a post, normally I get the "thank you" page and the redirect. Lately I've been getting a lot of "System error, please go back and retry".

When I do this, I end up with double posts because the insert query is evidently functioning, it's somewhere in the process downstream that is failing out.

Just an FYI.
