Subject: Chipotle Breakfast?!

I was going to the drugstore at 6:50am this morning and right across the street is my neighborhood Chipotle. I thought to myself "Oh Chipolte, why aren't you open? I would love a quesadilla right now."

Then it occured to me (after I realized that I do have a little problem with that joint) that they should serve breakfast burritos!! Eggs, bacon, salsa, cheese, maybe potatoes...heaven. Oh I miss good burritos from my neighborhood, probably roach infested, hole in the wall breakfast place. Those things were so damn good.

I'm drafting a letter to the exec's in Denver right now.

Oh man, I love breakfast burritos.  I sustained myself on a steady diet of them for 2 years while living in california.  You just can't find them in Chicago.

My buddy and I already had that idea, but lack to motivation to actually write a letter. If only all business people were as smart as us Comet, the world would be a better place. Really!

(Ducking behind a tree now cus' I will be skewered for saying this.) McD's breakfast burrito is actually quite good. I would order 2, combine the fillings into 1 big burrito and squirt hot picante sauce inside.

BTW, correct me if I am wrong, I think Chipotle has raised prices on their products. A Carnitas is now the same price as a Barbacoa at $5.75. I was there yesterday and got a minor sticker-shock.

We actually have a lady that delivers breakfast and other burritos to the Wellington Web building in Denver. Mmmmmm. Just to rub it in, I indulged in Chipolte last night for dinner....
