Well used Speedplay X pedals, with cleats

I am selling the X series Speedplays that are currently on my road bike. These are downright ugly but they function fine and I have been riding them frequently.

I wanted to disassemble them, grease, and put new o-rings on but haven't been able to figure out how they come apart. I did grease them using the screw port. The cleats are nearly new (1 month or so). I picked up some Zero pedals and of course nothing interchanges so the X pedals are going away.

I'd like to get $70 shipped for them, with the cleats.
