so i need a challenge.....so far ive drop just about 80 pounds, run a 9:15 constant mile can swim realtivly good, but i need to strive for more so give me a challenge and ill update you how i do! and if you wanna join in missory is better with company
Challenge yourself to do "X" amount of core work workouts, ex. start out the first week doing 25 "proper" situps and 25 "proper" pushups, per day, for the first 3 or 4 days, then build sensibly.
Incorporate it into your everyday early morning schedule, or whenever.
