Subject: CoachingOkay coaches out there, I need a workout plan designed around my schedule that takes into account where I'm at now and where I want to go and the time I have to do it in. I don't want a recurring monthly bill for this plan. I don't need a shrink. I don't want a cookie cutter workout plan that doesn't fit into my schedule. I don't need a choda tickle. I don't need a friend. I need help with my plan from now to race completion. My races are 6 and 9 months away and to pay $100+ monthly for a general guide is silly to me. I don't mind paying for this service.
Is there a coach out there that would like to tackle this?
