Nice report
It was nice for you to stop and help with the flat tire.
It looks like you did great ,considering how hot it was! I have been to Bonaire(not Curacao though), several times and it always feels very hot to me
Do they have many Tri/Du events there?

Patty,
We have 4 tri events, the season normally starts with the Olympic distance Tri,
followed with 2 nice offroad sprint evens in between those there is a run bike run.
You also have the usual running events and bike events.
If you are ever in Bonaire again just drop me a line I can arrange a place to stay and sight seeing trip of Curacao. We just launched our website just look at the pictures I will need to edit the text. http://www.mydreamapartments.com/

Shannigan,
Your website is great. What a beautiful area. A few years ago nobody talked about Curacao. Now it seems to be THE place to go on vacation. I know a few people that have been there in the past 6 months. I'm sure the scuba is beautiful there. We travel to Bonaire with a large group of scuba divers. My husband is a dive instructor and his dream is to retire to Bonaire or the Caymans someday.
I will contact you next time I go to Bonaire. Thanks, Patty
