not bad, was v.muddy in the woods slowed me down a bit, but went too hard in te first 2k

pace better:)

mud and trafic at the end

thanks i was quite pleased, i think the mud and having to wait to cross a road because a marshall was talking to someone with her back to the traffic slowed my time down a bit.....oh and zooming off at the fast in a sub 6min/mile pace then feeling tired after 2.5k
