Comments:

Caught up to the lead pack within 2 miles after the start. I stayed with that pack for the race. I lead for about 15 -20 miles at different parts of the race. 1st (3h), 2nd (3h2m), and 3rd left my pack at about mile 35, their pace was too hard for me to maintain, so I keep with the larger shag pack. All in all a good race, great experience of being in the lead pack. Gels taped to my top cross bar were easy to get to and worked well at miles 20 and 40.

What would you do differently?:

I carried 3 water bottles, I only used 2.

My pack slowed down on the last 5 miles, I probably could have pushed a little harder but it might have trim 45 sec off of my time.
