Comments: Great run!!!! I expected to do a 30 min or less run because of the bad ankle but it really did not bother me. What would you do differently?: Run harder the last mile. I wasn't as tired as a should have been at the end. ![]() Post race
Warm down: Stretching and got a massage for the first time. IT What limited your ability to perform faster: Knee was hurting about half way through but other than that not much. Event comments: Good race overall and I hope to do the whole thing next year. Last updated: 2005-11-20 12:00 AM
