Subject: Resizing Pictures link

Someone posted a link to resize pictures easily about a week or 2 ago.  Anyone remember where it is or whomever posted it can you repost it?

When I try to resize, the program I use (don't like it) only cuts off the right side or bottom of pictures. Doesn't look good!

If you're using a windows computer you should have Microsoft Photo Editor.  This allows easy re-sizing.  The program is standard on all windows machines.
