Kevin Costner - he looked like Dave Scott with that mustache. Great pick! I remember 2 things from the movie: 1) interval training with 'Eddie' the dog
2) during the fitness testing they have a sign posted in latin that when translated means 'When you got it up, keep it up!'

Ironman 2004 is the best of the 5 that I own. But I'd give a runner up nomination to just about any Giro d'Italia video. I like the action better than that of the Tour de France.

I didn't know the Giro was that good - I have to definitely check this out - Can you tell me who won that year? Simoni?

That's as far back as my video collection goes for the Giro, though I believe Evgeni Berzin won in 1994, and possibly Miguel Indurain before that. The only other one I'm sure of is American Andy Hampsten in 1988 when be battled the huge snowstorm to win in an epic stage over the Gavia Pass!
