chain fell off twice as I was just heading up hills, lost time putting back on and getting back to speed, was doing great, probably above 20 mph before. this time also includes transition, forgot to check watch and also forgot to zero and start bike computer

2. have bike adjusted-did
3. zero and set bike computer

oh, ron, almost forgot, either I was doing something wrong or the auto calc on the race report is funky. I checked my run time and it gave something like 7:63 buit when I checked it with cool runnings calcs and with math the run is 7:19 or so. Perhaps the calcs seconds spot runs to hundreths, or could be I am doing it wrong.
