I've introduce myself under introductions.....well of course, I need a training plan for an olympic tri at the end of April, not coming from the couch but not ready to do speed, i just want to finish with the pack, i finished next to last in my first sprint tri last summer

Welcome...do you have any limiters? If so, try one of the 'focused' plans where the limiter sport is 3x/week and the other two are 2x/week. The general 2x per week is good if you don't have a lot of time but want to do well enough to just finish. The 3x is 3times per each sport per week, if you have lots of time but may make you more ready.
You can find them here: http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/cms/article-detail.asp?articleid=29 they have 16 and 20 week versions and are the 'minutes' only-no detailed workouts-that's up to you. Just do the time or add-in your own drills (esp swimming). If you can't do the minutes comfortably at week one, take december to get there (assuming it's not a big jump), then start the 16week plan. Otherwise, start the 20 week program now.
